When we think of long distance relationships we think of skype dates, and long telephone calls that stretch out in the wee hours of the morning, but I’m not talking about that lovey dovey kind of long distance. I’m talking about the long distance relationships with friends and family. Our mom lives in beautiful Florida, an 18hr car ride away. Not so simple to see her whenever we want, we all have busy lives and getting around to taking a few days off, and spending a couple hundred on a plane ticket isn’t so easy. But like they say, love knows no distance. We couldn’t be more happy knowing that in only a few days our mother will be coming to visit us. To think about seeing the ones you love after months of separation, it can make you cry if you think about it long enough. When you truly have a relationship with someone, either a romantic one, having a best friend thats in another state, or having a family member that lives far away, you realize how important those people really are to you. So today think about the ones that mean the most to you, let them know how important they are and how much you love them because you never know how long it will be until you see them next.
