With my birthday coming up this Sunday, I can’t help but wonder, where has the time gone? Now I know whoever is reading this is probably thinking, “Ok girlfriend, 23 is young.” Yes it still is, but ask the girl I babysit and I’m an old fart. I’m excited for this year despite the contrary of what Blink 182 says, “No one likes you when you’re 23.”
New Years and your birthday (to me) feel like new beginnings. I’m not going to make a list of things that I want to do while I’m 23 because what I’ve learned throughout my years, is that plans, goals and lists change everyday. The way I see it, I have 365 days to use which ever way I please. That’s a bigger responsibility than just a list of 23..bring it on life.
