What’s a girl to do in a fun skirt? Twirl, of course!
For some reason there are some fashion trends I resist and others I jump on right away. I guess I envision in my head what something will look like on me and then try to decide if I like it or not. I know there has to be others out there like this? At least I hope I’m not the only imaginary dresser (if that’s even a thing).
Once I get over my initial, nah I’m probably not going to like it phase, and decide to hit purchase or actually try it on…um what usually happens? I end up liking it. I’m trying to be a little less stubborn (this is a work in progress) and broaden my typical attire.
This pleated skirt was a great way to venture into that area. Random fact, blue is my favorite color so when I ordered this from Zaful and saw the skirt was in blue (since then sold out-similar here) I couldn’t resist. With our weather being so up and down wearing it with a denim jacket allows this to easily become a transition piece.
I actually have a lot of ideas for this skirt – especially with warmer weather on the way. I see sandals, bright tank tops, some fun tees, wearing this out to dinner, vacation, or even to the office. I spared my poor husband the trouble of taking pics for every look and settled on just one to share. I can’t say it enough, he’s such a good sport.
