Happy Friday!! At first I wasn’t going to share anything today but not sharing my last favorites of the year doesn’t feel right. The last thing I want to do is go into 2017 feeling like I’m leaving something out. Ok, maybe it’s not that serious (it really isn’t) but still.
I cannot believe this is the last Friday of the year! Looking back I’m trying to figure out where the year has gone. Actually, I think I’m over trying to figure it out because we can probably all agree that time waits for no one.
Today I’m going to share some of my favorite posts and posts that you all enjoyed over the year.
1. Most viewed post: our bathroom renovation seemed to be a hit and I’m still loving the way it all came together and turned out. We really haven’t changed much except we took out that hanging light you’ll see and put in a vanity light across the top of the two mirrors. I love that you all enjoyed what we shared with our home renovations because we have a few other projects going on that I’m looking forward to sharing with you soon.
2. Most pinned: not only is I’s baby dedication such a special post for me but I love that it’s also my most pinned. With over a thousand pins and growing you all loved our bible guestbook for little nugget. It’s something I will always cherish and can’t wait to give it to him when he’s older.
3. Favorite fashion post: {this} was the last post I did for the year that was fashion related and I guess I unintentionally saved the best for last?! I’m so thankful that you all like my style, and your kind comments make this momma feel like I still got a little something something. I’m hoping to share some more looks in the new year and find out more about what you all enjoy seeing.
4. Favorite trip: this was a tough one because we were very blessed to go on some amazing trips this year. Our family vacation to the Dominican started our travel adventures off just right. Then my sister and I had the best time going out to Chicago to visit my brother, and even Eric and I got to sneak away for our own getaway to California. But, the one that probably had the most magical experience was our trip to Disney. We’re hoping to plan some fun trips in the new year and I’m already getting that itch to go away again.
5. Most shared post: we all just can’t get enough of those elves. Our elf, Alvin, not only brightened up our holidays but you all enjoyed his welcome breakfast as well. I can’t wait until next year to see what he’s up to and enjoy all of the special holiday cheer again.
I hope 2016 has been an amazing year for you filled with lots of joyful and wonderful memories. I can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store for all of us! Wishing you and yours a very happy New Year! Cheers to 2017 <3
